CHRISTMAS PROJECT
Inspired by all things Danish and the above Maileg Christmas fabric advent garland, we have created this little DIY project for you to make your own advent garland. All the little paper bags, pegs, ribbon and twine can be purchased in our shop - and the numbers are a FREE! Christmas printable you can download here - merry crafting!
MATERIALS
24 sweet paper packets
Circle Punch (optional)
Scissors
24 small toys, treats and sweets
DIRECTIONS
1. Fill each of sweet paper bags with a sweet treat.
2. Tie each bag closed with strips of ribbon and twine.
3. Print the circle tags and cut out using scissors or punch with a circle punch.
4. Punch a small hole in the top centre of each circle tag and thread through ribbon and tie around each sweet paper bag.
5. Using twine tie from 1 to 24 the sweet paper bags to a long length of ribbon.
6. Enjoy opening a little bag of goodies each day running up to Christmas Day.
